I cannot say enough about my Juggernaut, so I'm gonna try my best to keep this short & truthful as possible. This was not my first ebike. My first ebike was manufactured by a major brand and was more expensive than my Biktrix purchase. In short, the Biktrix bike blows my previous bike ( hint: begins with a T) right outta the water. There is simply no comparison. I absolutely love my bike! Biktrix is also not cheap to purchase but the craftsmanship & quality are top tier. You guys build the Bugatti of ebikes as far as I am concerned. I waited for this bike from time of order to in my garage of almost half a year & if I could do it all again I'd do the same thing because of the end result. Lastly, even more than my FS, what impressed me most was your customer service. I communicated by phone with Clayton (ext.108) throughout this process and he was genuine & professional to deal with. He is the real deal and I know he really cared about my 100% satisfaction. So my hats off to Mr. Thomas and his team at Biktrix! First let’s start with the fact that we (my wife and I)went to the local Kelowna BC showroom to see and test drive a few different models. Dillon Terry, the showroom manager, was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and so respectful and he took the time to explain the differences between the models and helped us test drive 7 different models. We are not new to e-bikes, having owned each two different make and models before. After searching the web and comparing models, we decided that buying local and from a Canadian manufacturer made best sense. I selected the Juggernaut FS Step-Thru for the full suspension and torque of the motor. The ride is smooth and the motor makes the steepest hill of the region feel like you are on a flat road. Service is excellent, friendly and if you go during the week you will also be met by a furry four legged friend. I recommend shopping there. They have so many models and variation on models that you should find the best fit for you. It’s also nice to be able to personalize the colour of your bike if that is something you wish for.

Absolutely perfect, power is awesome in any mode brakes are amazing love the smaller tires instead of the 4 inch Clayton was a pleasure to deal with, bent over backwards to put the deal together

I need to be able to adjust the power provided by each individual mode. The throttle reveals that there is a lot of power provided by the motor, but the six modes are underpowered. This should be a way to increase the amount of power provided by each mode. And I’m not talking about How you can decide how much power is provided each mode, you know the 25 %, 50 %, 75%, 100%. I’m talking about when you’re at 100% of let’s say the mode Boost, that the motor provides much more power. And I’m talking about the power that is revealed with the throttle. The bike has huge power, but it’s not delivered fully in the modes. Can this be fixed?
