We received our bikes about 2 weeks ago. The delivery was a bit late but they’ve been well worth the wait. Our first 3 rides totalled about 60kms and both batteries read 100% after each ride. No more knee pain! We didn’t think we’d like the fat tires but they have proven to be very stable on uneven ground and gravel. We love our new e-bikes! Thank you Biktrix!

The bikes were fully assembled and the staff made sure we knew how to operate all features. We love riding the bikes.

The assembly versions require improvements with before and after description when you do not include any information with the bikes. Not all of us live and breathe cycling and lack some of the awareness that an enthusiast possesses by experience.

After a very unhappy 5 month ordeal with Heybike, I found Biktrix to be a breath of fresh. Straight forward answers, innovative product and real customer support.
