Just because you aren't in our showroom with us, it doesn't mean we can't meet up with you to determine which bike is best for you, or to help you with any questions you may have! Here's how:

1. Select which video call suits your needs
2. Find a date and time that works for you
3. Fill in your contact details and any comments that can help us understand your needs
4. Verify your information and book your appointment. You will receive an email for confirmation.
   

If you have a service or assembly question, make sure you:

• Have your bicycle in a well-lit area
• Place your camera in a place where we are able to see/diagnose your bicycle, or specifically, the area in which you have questions
• Please be prompt with your appointment as our meetings can be booked back to back for us to assist other customers efficiently
