We experienced a temporary delay in the production of our Swift Lite bikes, primarily due to our steadfast commitment to quality and perfection. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
We're thrilled to announce that the production hurdles have been cleared and your Swift Lite bikes are now en route to Canada! They are expected to arrive here in 2 weeks, and we are planning to start shipping them to you in about 3 weeks. We're doing everything we can to ensure they will be ready for delivery as soon as they arrive.
As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we're excited to include a complimentary upgrade: a new rear rack with extra bars for mounting pannier bags with each bike. This upgrade, we hope, will add an extra layer of convenience and reliability to your biking adventures.
